It’s That Time of Year Again: The Starbucks Holiday Menu Is Back!

From their warm sugary beverages to Frosty the Snowman cookies, Starbucks makes the greatest time of the year so much better.

On Nov. 7, Starbucks stores around the world were transformed into winter wonderlands featuring Christmas colored cups and new menus featuring unique holiday-themed beverages and food items. While you might be familiar with the coffee chain’s past holiday menus, there are always new additions. With everything from lattes to cookies to danishes, the menu has everything you could ever want. Here are all the must-have Starbucks holiday treats and beverages to help you celebrate the greatest time of the year.

Eggnog Latte

The Eggnog Latte is the oldest holiday creation by Starbucks. It dates back to the year 1986 when it was first created by Dave Olsen, who decided to mix steamed eggnog with espresso and a cup of milk creating the Eggnog Latte we love today. This warm and delicious drink not only tastes amazing, but it is also gluten free.

Holiday Turkey and Stuffing Panini

Even though Thanksgiving only comes once a year, you can still enjoy the holiday favorites all season long by grabbing Starbucks’ Turkey and Stuffing Panini to take on the go. The hot panini is stuffed with turkey and cranberry stuffing, reconstructing the Thanksgiving meal we know and love into a delightful sandwich.

Peppermint Mocha

The Peppermint Mocha was first added to the menu in 2002 and has been a huge hit ever since. This tasty beverage contains two shots of espresso, peppermint syrup and mocha sauce and is topped off with chocolate curls and whipped cream.

Gingerbread Loaf

This soft and sweet treat is made with gingerbread and topped off with vanilla-orange icing. It is a great breakfast option to prepare for a day full of holiday shopping. According to the Starbucks holiday pairing menu, the Gingerbread Loaf goes well with their Christmas Blend coffee.

Iced Coffee with Peppermint

If you are someone who prefers to drink iced coffee all year round, you can still mix things up for the holidays by adding two pumps of peppermint syrup to create an iced coffee with peppermint or add milk to make your drink a Peppermint Iced Latte. If you are vegan or prefer not to consume dairy, the company offers soy, coconut and almond milk as a substitute option.

Caramel Brulee Latte

The deliciously sweet Caramel Brulee Latte was originally added to the Starbucks holiday menu in 2009. The warm beverage contains two shots of espresso, steamed milk and four pumps of the caramel brulee sauce. This beverage is topped off with whipped cream and caramel brulee topping.

Christmas Blend Coffee

This unique coffee creation is a Latin American bean blend that is simultaneously sweet and spicy. The Christmas Blend contains brown sugar and several different spices. This drink is perfect for those looking for a simple cup of coffee with a little bit of Christmas spice.

Christmas Blonde Roast

For those who prefer a lighter cup of coffee, the Christmas Blonde Roast is just like the Christmas Blend, but a bit brighter with a less bitter taste. The Christmas Blonde Roast might just be the coffee choice to cheer you up on those cold, dark winter evenings.

Snowman Cake Pop

This adorable Frosty the Snowman is baked with a fluffy vanilla cake topped with icing, dipped in a white chocolate coating. The snowman cake pop will fulfill your cake craving as well as get you pumped up for that first winter snowstorm.

Toasted White Chocolate Mocha

Introduced in 2017, this candy-like beverage gives off that warm and toasty feeling we hope for every December. Starbucks’ Toasted White Chocolate Mocha is made with espresso, toasted white chocolate syrup and foamed milk and is topped off with holiday sugar sprinkles and whipped cream.

Cinnamon Dolce Chai Latte

If you are a chai latte lover like me, you can still join in on the festive fun by ordering a Cinnamon Dolce Chai Latte to make it seasonal. The cinnamon taste will add just enough sweetness without being too overbearing.

Hot Chocolate

If you don’t drink tea or coffee but still need to get warmed up this winter, you are in luck. This season, Starbucks will be offering six unique hot chocolate options including peppermint chocolate, toasted white chocolate, peppermint white chocolate, salted caramel, white chocolate and original. Hot chocolate any way you want it.

Snowman Cookie

In case you just can’t get enough snowmen this season, Starbucks will be selling a shortbread cookie covered in white chocolate frosting shaped like a snowman. The Snowman Cookie is the perfect sweet and filling snack to get you fueled up between classes. According to the Starbucks pairing guide, it pairs well with the company’s Christmas Blonde Roast coffee.

Sugar Plum Cheese Danish

This new and improved breakfast item is enhanced with cream cheese filling and a sugar plum jam spread. It pairs perfectly with a warm cup of Starbucks’s medium roast coffee. The Sugar Plum Cheese Danish will not only give you the energy you need to get through the holidays, but it will also have you dancing like a sugar plum fairy.

Holiday Flat White

This simple but satisfying beverage is made with the Starbucks Christmas Blend and steamed micro foam infused with comforting holiday spices. It is low in sugar and ideal for that afternoon pick-up before returning to work.

Cranberry Bliss Bar

The Cranberry Bliss Bar is the festive treat you need to bring on the Christmas cheer. The bar is composed of a blondie base, topped off with cream cheese icing, dried cranberries and finished with a layer of white orange drizzle.

Peppermint Brownie Cake Pop

The Peppermint Brownie Cake Pop is the candy cane upgrade you have been waiting for. Instead of munching on a hard candy cane this December, try this chocolate cake pop with candy cane crunch instead.

Not only are all of these drinks available, but for the entire season on select Thursdays there will be a happy hour from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m where Starbucks drinks will be buy one get one half off. So make sure to look for updates on that because you don’t want to miss out. Happy Holidays!
