Although most songs that were on that radio can easily be erased from my mind, these previously stated songs are the ones that I like to remember. I can proudly say that the last time I willingly listened to the song “Happy” by Pharrell was in the year 2014. Or songs like “Wiggle,” with its cheeky lyrics and simplistic beat, entered the pop scene in 2014 as a dancefloor filler. Jason Derulo and Snoop Dogg collaborated on a track that, while momentarily popular, didn’t secure a lasting legacy.
