In many ways, college forms the basis of your adult life. You decide who you want to be, what you want to do and the people you want to surround yourself with. So many decisions have to be made, and that’s a lot of pressure. That’s why I use Buzzfeed quizzes to guide my most important life choices instead of stressing myself out.

These quizzes were rated on a scale of one to help me figure out every detail of my life please. I will never say I don’t recommend using quizzes to make decisions, because no one knows more about your inner desires than an internet formula. Quizzes help me decide everything from my major to when I should get married, and I’m glad the pressure of those high-stakes decisions aren’t on my shoulders.

We should all trust ourselves less and robots more; don’t believe the hype!

1. The first step toward your future.

Picking a major is one of the biggest commitments you’ll ever make in your life, and even though lots of people don’t end up with jobs related to their major, it still influences plenty of your adult life.

Making a decision like that is far too much pressure, which is why I took this quiz’s advice and am now majoring in Nature Photography, a very specific major which exists, I am sure.

Rating: 10/10 will guide your future

2. Now that you know the path, perfect your image.

So maybe you know what to major in now, or at least have an idea of your strengths, but you’re not going to go anywhere unless you cement your image first. Every great icon has a look that is just as recognizable as their feats.

That’s why I have this short bob that’s super easy to style while I’m out taking my nature photography. Thanks, Buzzfeed!

Rating: One golden scissor; love my new style

3. But who are you, really?

It’s great to know what you’re doing and how to look, but how do you know who you really truly are? Right versus wrong, good versus evil—which side of the scale do you tip? There’s only one way to find out, and that’s through responding to completely hypothetical situations on the internet.

You may not think finding out your moral alignment is as important as your major or hairstyle, but how will you know how to react to injustices in the world if you don’t know your alignment?

Rating: Four sheriff stars.

4. Me, an intellectual.

Tons of people meet their significant others in college, and sometimes it can feel like everyone is in a relationship except for you. Even if you start to feel pressure to find a special someone, make sure you never feel the need to settle. Take it from one of the greatest romantics of all time, good old William Shakespeare.

Find your perfect Shakespearian match and base all of your romantic encounters off of those expectations. If a dude isn’t up to par with the Bard of Avon’s Romeo, ditch that boy. Expect sonnets, because you’re worth an overly complicated ancient poetic form.

Rating: Hand me the aux chord and get ready for some Whitney Houston.

5. Pick the right friends.

College is also a great place to meet some of your closest friends, the people that might someday stand next to you at your wedding or support you in your nature photography career. Movies and television shows emphasize the realistic importance that your friends from college have on you life and experiences.

You don’t want to pick anyone who creates major drama or stirs the pot, so make sure you can recognize an unsavory face when you see one. By all means though, don’t judge a book by its cover, just maybe be a little suspicious of it.

Rating: 2/2 handmade friendship bracelets.

6. Where do I settle down?

After college, picking the place you want to live for the next extended period of time is a big decision. Lots of people end up choosing to move back home, or at least close to home, but maybe home isn’t for you and you’re more interested in finding a place that fits your specific desires.

I have to tell you, after I took this quiz and moved to Brooklyn, New York, it certainly made my nature photography job harder, but I’ll never doubt the guidance of a Buzzfeed quiz.

Rating: 10/10 bagels, I love New York.

7. When your soul ages but your body doesn’t.

Sometimes you get to that point in life when you just don’t want to go out on the weekends anymore, but there’s no way to tell you friends that, let alone convince them that it’s a simpler way of living.

That’s why I took this quiz that revealed my true inner age. I just showed my friends the results, and they stopped harassing me about going to bars and let me keep yelling at kids to get off my lawn.

Rating: Five Werther’s Originals.

8. The hardest challenge of your life.

At the end of the day, you can know your major, your hairstyle and what to look for in a soul mate. You can have the internet plan your life down to what type of cookies you should be eating.

But if you can’t keep a virtual plant alive, then what has this all been for?

Rating: 3/3 leaves; actually, very hard to do. Good luck out there, guys.
