Campus Ambassador - Job Description


Study Breaks Campus Ambassadors act as the liaison between Study Breaks sales reps, marketing managers, editors and the student body. They play a vital role in creating a local Study Breaks community through social media, and providing local content for the magazine.

Reports to

Publisher, Art Director, Editor, Team Leader

Roles & Responsibilities/Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Promoting monthly promotions, give-aways & prizes
  • Compiling local events for our eNewsletter (The College Weekender)
  • Maintaining a blog about local happenings
  • Creating local content (student profiles, couples, orgs, events…)
  • Organizing street teams for hand to hand distribution

Desired Qualifications

  • Self motivated and very organized
  • The ability to build relationships and relate to others
  • Strong writing and photography skills
  • Technology proficient: working with social media platforms, online software and basic computer applications


  • Students must be enrolled at a college or university
  • Commitment to work for two consecutive semesters


  • $300/mo
  • 10-15 hours/week
  • Gain hands on real world experience to build your resume
  • Expand your professional and social network by working side by side with business owners and student organizations
  • Have your work published via print and social media
